DODIX·NASDAQ
This Dodge & Cox Income Fund - Class I aims to provide investors with a consistent and substantial stream of current income, while simultaneously prioritizing the long-term preservation of their invested capital. To achieve this, the fund strategically allocates its holdings across a diverse portfolio of bonds and various other fixed-income instruments. Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of its total assets will be directed into debt securities deemed 'investment grade' or into highly liquid cash alternatives. An 'investment grade' security is defined as one holding a rating of Baa3 or higher from Moody's Investors Service, BBB- or higher from Standard & Poor's Ratings Group or Fitch Ratings, or an equivalent assessment from any other recognized statistical rating organization. Should a security be unrated, Dodge & Cox may still classify it as investment grade if they independently determine it possesses comparable credit quality.
